Mr. Lehrich is a proven dynamic leader and entrepreneur in the healthcare field with over twenty-five years substantive experience. Mr. Lehrich is an executive leader
who builds collegial, effective teams; a proven strategic thinker and communicator, with well-developed interpersonal skills. He is a professional who excels at creating
revolutionary solutions for his clients due to his unique background in planning, development, operations, and finance, marketing, market research, and information
systems, coupled with strong analytical ability. This allows Mr. Lehrich to bridge the gap between technology and business objectives.

Mr. Lehrich has held a variety of senior level health care management positions including CEO, President, Executive Director, Executive Vice President, Vice President and
Administrator for a variety of managed care organizations, hospitals, ancillary service providers, integrated delivery systems and group practices. In his roles as both a contractual
and permanent executive, he has conducted a large number of turnarounds and startup operations and made extensive use of business process outsourcers in both the
United States and abroad. His experience includes P/L accountability for large regional workforces with annual operating budgets over $100 million. He has also developed
and started groundbreaking international projects, one of which made medical history. In addition he has functioned both as a successful change agent as well as the lead
development agent, He has a proven record of exceeding client expectations by building the appropriate infrastructure; people, tools, equipment, and processes.

Mr. Lehrich understands the pressures facing healthcare organizations; to reduce costs and increase efficiency while improving the quality of care they deliver.

Mr. Lehrich holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science from John Carroll University. Mr. Lehrich Additionally holds a Masters in Public Policy
from the University of Michigan and received his MBA from the Cleveland State University. Mr. Lehrich has also received extensive post-graduate training from Case Western University.
